Frequently asked questions
Do you only make quiches with the usual vegetables?
Those combinations work really well for us, but many of our quiches were born because a customer asked us about other vegetables. Just ask.
Can any quiche be made vegan and gluten-free?
Almost always, though some change: the broccoli, date and goat's cheese quiche loses some of its charm without the cheese.
Do you make small quiches, for two?
Yes. As well as the 28 cm tin, we make them in 20 cm or 14 cm.
Do you make tuna or meat empanadas?
No: we do not use meat or fish in our bakehouse. Our homemade pisto never fails, and everyone loves the spinach, smoked tofu and garlic one.
Do I need to bring a cool bag for the savoury snacks?
If you are eating them the same day, there is no need. If not, keep them cold: they last longer.
