What data we process and why
- Contact and order form: name, email, phone and your message, to reply to you and prepare your order.
- Wholesale form: business name, contact person, email, phone, town and message, to send you information and trade terms.
- WhatsApp: if you message us on WhatsApp, we use your number and message to handle your order. WhatsApp (Meta) processes this data under its own policy.
Legal basis
Your consent when you send us the form or write to us, and handling an order or business relationship you request (Article 6.1 a and b GDPR).
How long we keep it
As long as needed to deal with your request and, if there is a business relationship, for the periods required by law (for example, tax rules).
Who else sees it
We do not share your data with anyone unless required by law. It is seen by the providers who serve us (web hosting, email and website maintenance), under a data processing agreement.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its use, and take it with you, by writing to info@das-brot.net. If you think we have not handled it properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
