In <strong>2014<\/strong> , however, we went a step further in our commitment to you by starting to work with the <strong>organic certification<\/strong> of the <strong>CAAE<\/strong> (Andalusian Committee for Organic Farming). Since then we have certified more and more products, and today almost all of them carry this prestigious <strong>certification<\/strong>.<\/p><p><strong>As part of our commitment<\/strong> to inclusive food, we have also wanted to cater for people with <strong>allergies<\/strong>, <strong>intolerances<\/strong> or <strong>dietary issues<\/strong>. Back then the options were quite limited; fortunately there is much more choice today. If you are looking for products made <strong>without salt, yeast or sugar<\/strong>, <strong>without animal products<\/strong> or <strong>without gluten-containing grains<\/strong>, you will find a wide range here. We are also happy to take special requests for specific needs.<\/p><p>Although we make our products without gluten-containing grains separately, we cannot completely rule out cross-contamination because we use a single oven for all our products.
